Navigate to Profile Tab, Generate OTP for registered mobile and email by clicking on the Send OTP button. Enter correct OTP with current Password and new Password. Click on Reset Password to Update.
The password for the user account getting reset will be changed to Demo1234

To Approve/Reject a clients request, you need to navigate to Client Approval Tab, then click on Pending tab on left to filter the pending requests. Now check the ID( Ticket Number) you are looking for, go to actions menu and click on tickmark icon. It will open a popup for approval and rejection.
You just need to navigate to clients Tab, go to Actions menu, click on the change device limit icon, enter the new device limit (which cannot be less then the current devices enrolled by the client) and then hit submit.
To add a new customer, you first need to navigate to Customers Tab, then click on ADD CUSTOMER button on top right corner, fill in all the related details and hit submit. Upon success message, new customer will be added to the list.

Blocking a customer means restricting his/her credentials from logging into the platform. Now you can block a customer by navigating to the customers Tab, going to the Actions menu, clicking on the block icon, it asks for your confirmation and the account gets deactivated. Same way you can re-activate the account/user.
In order to reset customers password, navigate to customers Tab. Search for the customer and go to Actions menu, click on the passkey icon, confirm by clicking on OK button. The password will be successfully changed to default.
To deactivate/block a customer's device, you need to navigate to Devices Tab. Search for the device you want to deactivate, go to Actions menu and click on the block icon. Re-confirm by clicking on the OK button. The device will be deactivated from the customer's account and will not recieve any updates from the vehicle until the device is activated again. Follow the same process to activate the device again!!
To unlink device, navigate to Devices Tab, search for device to unlink. Now go to Actions menu, click on Unlink Device icon, confirm by clicking OK. The device and SIM will be unlinked from the customers account and return to Inventory automatically. Now you can view the device and SIM in Inventory.
To replace SIM from a device, navigate to Devices Tab, go to Actions menu. Click on the Replace Sim icon, select the SIM to be replaced from the dropdown list (SIMs from Inventory). You can only replace with a SIM present in the SIM Inventory. Click on Submit. After replacement the SIM assigned previously will now show up in the SIM Inventory.
To add a new Device to the platform, you need to add that device to inventory first. Navigate to the Inventory Tab, Click on ADD OBD button on right corner, fill in the relevant information. To confirm click OK. Upon success message, a new device would be added to the end of the inventory list.

Navigate to the Inventory Tab, Switch to SIM Tab from left corner, Click on ADD SIM button on right corner, fill in the relevant information.To confirm click OK. To bulk add new Devices to the platform, you need to navigate to inventory Tab, Click on BULK ADD OBD button on right corner, Download Sample file for adding OBD Devices. Upon download open Deviceinventory.xlsx. Add in the devices with details required. Add “END” text at the first column of the last row, to mark the end of the file. Save. Upload the sheet to the BULK ADD popup. Upon success message, all the new devices would be added to the Device inventory list.
To bulk add new SIMs to the platform, you need to navigate to inventory Tab.
Switch to the SIM Tab from the left corner. Click on the BULK ADD SIM button on the right corner
Download Sample file for adding SIMs. Upon download open Siminventory.xlsx .
Open this sheet, add in the SIM with details required. Save. Upload the sheet to the BULK ADD SIM popup.
Upon success message, all the new SIM would be added to the SIM inventory list.
First you need to make sure your device and SIM are added to the inventory. You need to navigate to the Inventory Tab.
Spot your device by using the search option (if necessary). Go to the actions menu and click on the Link Device icon.
Fill in the details like email of customer to link device with. Select the SIM mobile number (to be linked) from the list of SIM which are in SIM inventory.
Click Next, fill in all the details related to Vehicle in which the device is getting installed. Click on Link button.
Upon success message, your device will be linked. To verify navigate to Devices Tab and confirm.
